MANILA, PHILIPPINES - The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) expresses grief and sorrow for the untimely passing of the former Chairman of the Professional Regulatory Board of Electrical Engineering (PRB-OEE), Hon. Engr. Rafael F. Florentino on the 19^th of March, 2025. 

Hon. Florentino was appointed as Chairman of the PRB-OEE and had sworn into office on the 25^th of March 1994 until his term ended on the 30^th of November 1995.

The PRC respects and gives high regards on his exemplary service, invaluable contribution, and unwavering commitment to synchronize and regulate the practice of the Electrical Engineering profession in the entire nation.

Let us offer our prayers for the eternal repose of his soul and our sympathy to the bereaved family. May eternal rest grant unto him.
