Following the successful conduct of the Foreign Mobile Service in the Asia Pacific, Sydney and Melbourne in Australia; Bangkok, Thailand; and Tokyo, Japan last year in 2024, as well as Phnom Pehn and Siem Reap in Cambodia and Dubai, United Arab Emirates in 2023, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is set to bring its services closer to Filipinos in Phnom Penh, Cambodia on 29-31 March 2025.

The PRC will be conducting foreign mobile services at Novotel Hotel, Boeung Keng Kang 1 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia on 29-30 March 2025 and shall offer the following services:

1. Initial Registration;
2. Renewal and/or Duplication of Professional Identification Card (PIC);
3. Application for Board Examination;
4. Issuance and/or Authentication of Certificate of Registration;
5. Issuance and/or Authentication of Rating;
6. Issuance and/or Authentication of Passing;
7. Issuance of Certificate of Good Standing;
8. Issuance of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Compliance;
1. Application for Special Temporary Permits (STP); Special Permits (SP); and Temporary Training Permits (TTP); and,
10. Other Services.

Likewise, an Oath Taking Ceremony will also be held for the new professionals at the Philippine Embassy in Phnom Penh, Cambodia on March 31, 2025.

Further, the PRC is visiting all qualified Filipino Registered Engineers and Architects in Cambodia to participate in the Orientation on ASEAN Mutual Recognition Arrangements (MRAs) and APEC Project alongside the Pulong-Pulong sa Phnom Penh (4Ps), where the Philippine Embassy will be giving updates, addressing queries on relevant government services.
